Each development has show homes. Marie Charnley Interiors designs the scheme for the given market to provide vision for prospective purchasers. Within this design, we will consider the surrounding area, target market, purchase price and house type.

Our in-house team has been involved in furnishing Show Homes for over 15 years. Continuing to work with house builders and investors to provide a full seamless service from design to installation.
We work closely with larger development companies and advise on their individual residential schemes as a design consultant providing valuable inputs from planning room designs and layouts right through to dressing the show homes to entice the given target market.
